Privacy Policy

Quorom ("we," "our," or "us") is a Slack application that helps hybrid teams coordinate office attendance. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Your data is used solely to operate Quorom:

Aggregate signals shown in shared channels (like #office-vibe) never identify individuals — they show only the overall energy level for a given day.

4. Data retention

Attendance responses are stored for 90 days and then automatically deleted. Workspace credentials are retained as long as Quorom is installed in your workspace. When you uninstall Quorom, your workspace token is invalidated and your workspace's data is deleted within 30 days.

We store all data in a secured database. Slack tokens are stored encrypted at rest. We do not log individual attendance responses in plain text outside of the database.

Quorom is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll post a notice in your Slack workspace. Continued use of Quorom after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
