Troubleshooting

Nothing is posting in the channel

  • Make sure Quorom has been added to the channel. In Slack, open the channel → click the member count → Add apps → find Quorom.
  • Check that the channel you selected during setup still exists.

Users didn't receive the daily prompt

  • Confirm Quorom has permission to send DMs in your workspace (the im:write scope).
  • Ask users to check their Slack notification settings — DMs from apps can be muted.
  • Prompts only go out once per day at the configured time. If it's already passed, the next one is tomorrow.

No signal is showing in the channel

  • The pulse only updates when at least one person has responded.
  • Encourage your team to tap Yes, Maybe, or No when the DM arrives.

The timing seems off

  • Use /office time to see your current reminder time.
  • Use /office time 9am to change it. Available times: 8am, 9am, 4pm, 5pm, 6pm.
